We maintain and repair many models of e-scooter. If you havent purchased your e-scooter by LifeRacer and if you do not have spare parts for other brands than you need to contact us before visit!

It is helpful to take a good look at your e-scooter beforehand. This way it will stay functional for longer and require the minimum amount of service. We have summarised the most important care instructions in our blog post.
The basic rates apply if you bring the vehicle to us. Please contact us in advance to make an appointment by phone directly with local workshop. For an additional charge, our courier will pick up your vehicle from your home anywhere in Switzerland and bring it back to you after the service or repair.

Collection up to 31 kg (with packaging): The e-scooter must be well protected (cardboard + styrofoam). Collection is possible from Monday to Friday. You can choose the day of collection, the service itself will inform you of the exact time. The price for collection and delivery is CHF 70.00
Collection over 31 kg (with packaging): The e-scooter will be collected or delivered by a special heavy goods delivery office, The e-scooter must be well protected (cardboard + styrofoam). It is necessary to know the dimensions and weight of the package. Collection is possible from Monday to Friday. The price for collection and delivery is from CHF 190.00
There is no delivery without box, we recommend you to visit the first velo store and ask for an empty carton.
