1. Who is KissMyWheels?

KissMyWheels is a registered company based in Switzerland. The team is fully passionate about the new electric mobility products and drives them every day.
Please note that we work directly with the manufacturers in order to guarantee the best price and customer service.


2. Where can I use my electric mobility device?

These vehicles are designed to ride on paved roads; we therefor do not recommend going off-road as you might damage the device. In Switzerland electric vehicles are subjected to the same legislation as bicycles; On public roads it is not allowed to drive on pavements and to exceed the speed limit of 25km/h.
Please read our Terms & Conditions paragraph 4-c for more information.


3. Who can drive an electric mobility device?

Anybody from the age of 14 and above. Please note that drivers aged 14 and 15 must have a motorcycle driving license to drive on public roads.


4. What precautions should I take before driving my electric device?

Safety first; we strongly recommend the use of protection equipment such as helmet and gloves.
Make sure your battery is well charged and the tire pressure is normal.
Progress slowly and try not to exceed 15Km/h the first weeks of learning.


5. How long does it take to learn how to drive?

The learning phase for scooters is very fast around 20 minutes, whereas Unicycles and Gyropodes will take at least 3 to 4 hours. We recommend signing up to our test drive session to have a basic understanding of the vehicle and accelerate the learning phase.


6. Should I take a special insurance?

In Switzerland you should be covered by your civil liability insurance. However please get in touch with your current insurance company for more information.

7. Where can I download the app?

If your vehicle has a wifi or bluetooth connectivity option you will want to download the corresponding app. You will find the link on the user manual delivered with your mobility device.


8. Can I charge my battery even if it is not completely empty?

Yes you can charge your battery at any time. It is recommended to charge your battery fully at least once a month. It is also recommended to keep your battery away from temperatures below -10°C and above 45°C.


9. How do I maintain the electric device?

During your learning phase the device will fall. We therefor recommend using protective housing or foam, which you can purchase in the “Accessories” section.
Most vehicles follow the norm IP54, which means that they are designed to resist dust and water. It does not mean that they are waterproof so you should not drive under heavy rain or in the water.
Keep the device clean by washing it with a humid sponge.


10. How do I maintain the battery?

It is recommended to charge your battery fully at least once a month. If you do not use your battery, store it fully charged in a dry place and recharge it every three months.
It is also recommended to keep your battery away from temperatures below -10°C and above 45°C.


11. Where can I get spare parts for my electric device?

If you need spare parts other than the ones available in our “Accessories” section, please contact us directly by email detailing the parts needed and vehicle model.


12. Can the tires be changed?

Yes the tires are removable. You may contact us per email for more information.


13. What is the warranty on my electric device?

The legal standard warranty is valid for all the vehicles expect for the batteries which are subject to a warranty of 12 months from date of delivery provided a normal usage.
