Our staff are highly qualified, experienced, certified and regularly trained, with an incredible depth of mechanical knowledge and experience and can solve most if not all of your electric scooter problems such as tyre punctures, electrical faults, shaky handlebars, brake repairs and more.
Our service centre is fully equipped with a wide range of brands of spare parts from Bosch, Shimano, MINIMOTORS, VSETT, Kaabo, Zoom, NUTT and many others.
On-site services for simple repairs are also available on request.
ON-SITE SERVICE is available for an additional charge of CHF 85.00 (Basel, Lausanne, Wettingen, Zürich).
Can't bring your e-scooter yourself? We can also send your scooter to our workshop.
This is available for an additional charge of CHF 35.
Is your electric scooter not recharging properly, or is its range diminishing and you're constantly having to recharge your battery? One reason for this could be a flat battery.
The good thing is that electric scooter batteries are easy to repair. By replacing the battery cells, the battery can be recharged as usual and the capacity lasts longer.
Where can you get your electric scooter battery repaired? Simply send us an e-mail indicating the fault ‘Battery’ and we'll get back to you as soon as possible to discuss the rest with you.
Kiss My Wheels is committed to selling high quality products and we offer a two year / 1500 km warranty on our products.
All warranty defects will be repaired and/or replaced in our workshop.
The warranty does not cover shipping costs associated with transporting the scooter / part to and from our service centre, and a charge will be made for return shipping or pick-up and delivery service.
The average repair time is 1 to 30 days, not including shipping time to and from our service centre.
The functionality of the two independently-acting brakes is very important. Because of the small wheels and very high speed, the risk of an accident is very high. So before every ride, make sure you check the functionality of both brakes on your electric scooter. You do this first in a standing position, then again at low speed.
Depending on the model, electric scooters are generally fitted with disc brakes or drum brakes. If a brake fails, you can usually replace the brake calliper, brake pad or brake disc yourself with a little technical skill.
